ORDERS
¿HOW TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Pick your producto: choose the desired product, click on it and you will see a detailed description of the product in the following page. The size can be chosen according to the desired weight. From this product page, your product can be added directly to the shopping cart.
Purchase: once in the cart, you have to follow the steps numbered in the check out page in order to confirm your purchase and provide the required information.
Confirm: once you have included all the requested information, you only need to confirm your order.
Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent specifying all the details of the order. If you notice an error in the address indicated or in any other piece of information of your order, you must notify it immediately to queseria@fincapascualete.com so we can be able to proceed with the correction.
2. DELIVERIES
DELIVERIES
We only ship to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In case you are out of our shipping area, contact us and we will prepare a personalized rate as well as delivery times.
DELIVERY TERMS
For a shipment in Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands): the products purchased will be delivered within a period of approximately 5 working days, except for major cause.
DELIVERY EXPENSES
The shipping costs will be specified at the check out page.
For each order, the exact amount to be paid will be indicated once you have completed the shipping information, always before the purchase is effective.
If the order cannot be delivered due to the absent of the person in charge: if at the time of delivery no one is found to receive the package, the transport company will try to deliver it once again at no additional cost. Before making this second delivery, the delivery company will call the mobile phone provided to make sure the package can be delivered. If it is still not possible to make the delivery, we will contact you to make the shipment again, the costs of which will be borne by the customer.

We offer carefully elaborated products in our cheese factory. On the farm the sheep are milked daily, using modern handling systems guaranteeing the highest quality of the milk and therefore of our cheeses. If you want to know more, you can go to the La Finca section.

The published prices are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors.
Through the web you can check the current rates at any time.

As a complementary measure of the secure payment system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, Fincapascualete.com reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and to adopt the measures deemed necessary (including the cancellation of the order) so that the merchandise acquired is delivered in accordance with the information contained in the order.
