CURED CHEESE OF SHEEP MILK, WITH a PIE sHAPE, noT PRESS, WITH 3 MONTHS OF MATURATION. INTENSIVE FLAVOR TO MILK, WOOL, PASTES AND with AROMATIC HERB TOUCHES. it has a DARK YELLOW color AND ITS APPEARANCE IS FIRM when CUT AND BLIND PASTE. It smells like a wild sheep's milk, its TEXTURE IS HARD.
